Achieve sales targets by applying strategic selling techniques and leveraging your understanding of the customer's needs.
Maintain the visual aesthetics of the store by ensuring all merchandise is displayed according to the brand's standards.
Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-up communication and personalized service.
Participate in inventory management tasks, including stock checks and replenishment.
Collaborate with the team to prepare and execute in-store events or promotions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
A strong sense of style and a passion for men's fashion.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
