I absolutely hate this hat!!! It diesnt have thr right shape, it’s supposed ti be a small, even if i try to use the Velcro strap to make it smaller, its still too big! The color is absolutely horrible!! I took it out of the box, looked at it, messed with it fir about 30 minutes, put it back in the box and throwed it in the trash! Dont refund my money, dont send me another one! I wont buy another thing from your company!!!!!

Hi Earl, we’re sorry the hat didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when the fit and color aren’t what you expected. We would have been happy to help you with a different size or style before you discarded the hat. If you’d still like assistance finding a better-fitting option, please contact us and we’ll be glad to help. We appreciate your feedback.

Unsatisfactory

Not the hat I ordered! Wrong color. Flimsy box was crushed along with the hat. Wanted to return it but haven't had time too. I have an event coming up and this hat is not a match for my outfit! Would have been wonderful to receive the hat I ordered!!

We sincerely apologize for the mix-up — it looks like you received the wrong brand of hat by mistake. That’s absolutely not the experience we want for our customers. We’d be happy to send you the correct Hunter Green Fedora Wool Felt Dress Hat immediately or arrange a full refund if you prefer.
Please reach out to us at info@upscalemensfashion.com with your order number (#6633) so we can make this right right away.
Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention — we truly appreciate the opportunity to fix it for you.
Warm regards,
Upscale Men’s Fashion Team
