After 30 days, returns, exchanges, and refunds are no longer accepted.

International Returns
International returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery and meet the item-condition requirements above. If Return Coverage applies, the eligible return label is covered. Otherwise, the customer pays the return-label cost shown in the return portal; Redo may deduct it from a refund or store credit, or charge it for an exchange. Original shipping is not refunded. If the portal cannot generate an international label, contact info@upscalemensfashion.com before shipping anything back.
